Refund policy

We want you to love your Serine ritual. If something isn't right, here is how returns and refunds work.

Change of mind

You can return an unopened, unused product in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Email us at hello@serinebotanical.com with your order number and we will send return instructions. Return postage for change-of-mind returns is at your cost. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept opened or used products unless they are faulty.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

Please inspect your order on arrival. If your item arrives damaged, is faulty, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We will replace it or refund you in full, including any return postage. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return we will confirm whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take a few extra days to post the refund.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange is to arrange a return and place a new order once the return is approved.

Sale items and gift cards

Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.
